This year, Prof. Dr. Ute Weisz, Food Sciences, receives the Teaching Award of the University of Bonn. The university's teaching prize has been awarded since 2011 for special achievements in the field of teaching at the suggestion of students. This is the sixth time since its introduction that the teaching prize has gone to professors at the Institute of Nutrition and Food Sciences
